Legal Status

Orella Vision is a business in formation. It is not yet entered in the Austrian company register (Firmenbuch) and no company register number or VAT identification number (UID) has been issued. This website is operated by the natural person named above. References to “Orella Vision”, “we” and “our” on this site refer to that person and to the business being established, not to a registered company.

Business Purpose

Development of and consulting on visual AI and computer vision systems, and the development of related hardware and software products.

Trade Licence

No trade licence (Gewerbeberechtigung) is currently held. A licence for IT services (IT-Dienstleistung), a free trade under the Austrian Trade Act, is being registered. Once it is in force, the trade, the competent district authority and membership of the Wirtschaftskammer Österreich will be stated here. The Trade Act (Gewerbeordnung) is published at ris.bka.gv.at.
